Our goal is to get you what you order, when you need it, and by using the most reliable and cost effective means available.
If your order is placed by 4pm EST, Monday-Friday (except holidays), all in-stock items will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

What is your return policy?
Return Policy -
LUAP INK products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should you return an unused noncustom product within 30 days of purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange, refund, or credit your account. Simply contact customer service.
What are your payment options?
Payment Options -
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Payment must be made in US$. We offer open billing on approved accounts. Orders requiring pre-payment will be held for up to 30 days.

What about sales tax?

We charge sales tax to Michigan customers only, unless a tax exempt form is furnished.

International Orders -
All orders must be paid in US$. LUAP INK is not responsible for duty charges on any foreign orders. Please call for quotes on shipping charges.
